The online copies of vol. 2 of Beamish's history does not include p.111. Please could anyone who has it post a photo of this page. Alternatively is there a more complete copy available outside of google books and archive.org? Many thanks

Garry, there is also a better ("modern", more based on the files) KGL history by Schwertfeger, 2 vols., unfortunately published in German only:
