I was just reading the decree Napoleon issued at Lyon in March 1815 on his way to Paris (after escaping from Elba). It dissolves the chambers but it also mentions that an assembly will take place on the Champ de Mai and a new constitution issued. Plus the electoral colleges "will be able to assist in the coronation of the Empress, our dear and well-beloved wife, and that of our dear and well-beloved son". So Marie Louise had not been crowned when the couple married in 1810?
