I think it is François Croisier. I see him in the 4e Chasseurs a cheval, but perhaps, by 1798, in the 25e as a chef d'escadron.

I only found his rank at that time - capitaine.
I found "capitaine Croisier, Honoré" in 1793 - the only Croisier listed.
