Can anyone steer me in the direction of any OOB's of the British troops in Portugal during this period, especially around the time of 1799-1801 running up to the War of the Oranges?

Hello Gareth!
Found this document at the Portuguese military archives. Not mentioned but sometime in the period there was also an Émigre French Artillery Corps under the command of LtCol Rotalier. Hope it helps.
Not immediately helpful I know but WO 1/221 and WO 17/2461–2463 would give you the answers, I think.
Fortescue says that after Nov 1800 Mortemar, Castries, and Le Chastre were the only units left after the rest had gone to Menorca or Abercromby. Atkinson's JSAHR articles on the Foreign Corps agrees, but also inlcudes 'Rotalier's artillerymen'.
