Does anyone know where the early 20th century editions of this journal can be found on-line? Looking specifically for 1908, but there are probably other items of interest.(Google has some from the 1870s/80s, but looking for later editions.)Thanks!

Ups, I just saw, that only the first volumes are digitized, but not the later ones.
Jack,
the Staatsbibliothek in Munich does a real wonderful job, even most maps and illustrations are scanned in a very reasonable size.
The "Jahrbücher" could be watched online and downloaded - just go to https://opacplus.bsb-muenchen.de/metaopac/search.do?methodToCall=volumeSearch&dbIdentifier=100&forward=success&catKey=6374074&isPeriodical=N and check the several single volumes.
Greetings from Berlin

Try this for the volume January-June 1908
