This gentleman led the Piedmontese light troops at Mondovi in 1796, does anyone have a biography and/or a portrait of him? My searches of the interweb have only produced his name.
No portrait, just a few biographical information can be found here (the first name here is Gioan instead of Giovanni. He must have been born in 1740 or so, as he died in 1815 at the age of 75):

Piemont's Militair-Geschichte by Pinelli, vol. I, mentions at p. 72 a company led by a notary "Battista Lisa", but no rank: https://books.google.de/books?id=CnkpAAAAYAAJ
Best regards, Thomas
His name would - I think - more likely be: Giovanni Battista Cavaliere di Masio.
"Cavaliere" meaning "Knight" and "Masio" being a community in Piƫmont.
