Fell for this once, at least if on HBO won't get to rush out and see it
I think if he shows L’Empereur’s narcissistic drive and ruthlessness as well as his talent for self-publicity he will be a much more attractive character for modern audiences.
After all, reality TV is very popular with younger audiences, and they are filled with such people, some of whom go on to be influencers with millions of followers (like Napoleon).
