Peninsular War

I am looking for an estimate of the number of men in Napoleon's forces in Spain in January 1812. Oman's History of the Peninsular War does not say. Rory Muir's Salamanca 1812 has an estimate of 320,000 men. The George Nafziger Collection has for some of the armies, but not a gross number.
