This is the tenth volume of Marshall's 12-volume magnum opus. All the volumes are available on the Internet Archive. The information,
while not always completely accurate, is an invaluable guide to the careers of hundreds of officers down to the rank of commander. However the work is confusingly organized, and not entirely straightforward to use.
