Muster of 50th Foot
Hello All, I have yet another request for assistance - my apologies.
My research on a small number of local men who served in the wars has led me to deduce that one of them was Major Charles Napier's orderly sergeant at the battle of Corruna. Unfortunately a visit to TNA archives is not possible just now, and I need to confirm the name on the musters for the period. May I ask if anyone has access to the muster rolls of the 50th Foot during the Corunna campaign? If so, would you be willing to check a name for me?
