Information of 1e Porte-Aigle Claude Théodore Boutillier 105e Ligne

I am looking for any information on 1e Porte-Aigle Claude Théodore Boutillier of the 105e Ligne and his career. Sadly, Base Leonore only has one document on him and is very little help.
Below shows that on 23 April 1809 he was made Baron and awarded 4000 Francs. Can anyone give any context to why he was made Baron. The XB file for 1809 mentions nothing, and I do not have the YB file for the regiment at this moment. Below is the document I refered to above.

I am sorry for my late response! I am researching the regiments from the 3e Corps in 1809 that fought at the Battle of Thann on April 19, 1809. I am trying to figure out all the officers and men who were killed or wounded and put a name to their sacrifice.
