Major Brook Lawrence 13th Light Dragoons
Does anyone have any information about him besides that contained in the Waterloo Roll Call and Barrett’s History of the XIII Hussars? He took over leadership of the Regiment at midday on 18th June 1815 following the wounding of Shapland Boyse.
I am particularly interested in his role in the battle and his family antecedents
