1793-1796 Northern Command Uk

Hi, Im doing some research for a forthcoming mini What if? campaign and am trying to find any info on British troop disposition/command structure in the North (County Durham and Northumberland) I have some great info on the 1795 encamptments (cowpen etc) but cant find much on anything south of those, Im assuming the guns at Hartlepool also had a garrison but so far....
