Wellington's Frock Coat

Actually this question pertains to any frock coat worn in the early 19th Century. Wellington is often pictured wearing a dark blue coat. . . what I would call a frock coat. For frock coats of the era, did most have a lining? If so, what color was the lining usually? White?
