Pauls observations are valid for any memoires or picture manuscript who as per se cannot be without fault, but I also agree with Thomas that they are indispensible sources and provide priceless insight and information.
I am however looking forward what the SHD files will say and how Paul will present and interpret them, as usual context is everything.
Michael Lindt shows how well those files can flesh out human beings and other aspects.
