Key figures of the era

Once again I am looking for a portrait. This time of George Elder who was an officer in the 95th Rifles and served with the Portuguese Army during much of the Peninsular War. He commanded the 3rd Cacadores in 1810. After surviving multiple wounds he died in an accident in Madras, India in 1830.
