Jesús Chapela (Corunna, 1971) is a lawyer by profession and an enthusiastic collector for more than twenty years specializing in the Napoleonic period. He has been a lecturer on many occasions and is a member of the Orders &Medals Society of America (OMSA), Asociación de Historia y Cultura Militar Noroeste and Foro Español de Coleccionismo Militar (Fecom).
