Looking for the first name and some basic biographic information on a Württemberg cavalry officer named Seebach. He is listed in the 1813 Württemberg Hof- und Staats-Handbuch (p. 118) as a major in the "Louis-Jäger," that is the Jäger-z-Pferd Herzog Louis Nr. 3, and a member of the Legion of Honor (but could not find him on Base Léonore).
