I use Windows 8. The link did not work in Firefox, Google Chrome, nor internet explorer. It did not make a difference whether I was signed in or not.
Still works okay for me. Perhaps it depends on the browser. Damned computers!
I tried clicking on the link but it did not appear as an active link. When I highlighted it, I was able to open the link.
