Plates of Schmideder of Austrian military commission online

    in General Discussions

I got a note from Michael Wenzel, that the Austrian military museum (HGM) in Vienna, has published the famous but mostly unknown Schmideder plates. These were drawn with measures to help the manufacturers to produce the uniforms, equipment and even weapons.

    Just follow the link: https://www.hgm.at/ausstellungen/online-katalog#/?searchQuery=Schmideder&searchOffset=0&searchCollections=

Unfortunately the plates are shown in thumbnails but if you right click the images you may download a reasonable image.

Great job done by the HGM staff to provide this outstanding and important source for the Austrian army!

    Greetings from Berlin

The really good part of this is that the drawings are labelled.
