guys I'm building such a force but am confused regarding the uniforms and differences between grenadiers & chasseurs V velite grenadiers & chasseurs V conscripts .
Any directions to online uniform /organisation links would be really appreciated.

Recommend you try the Anne S. K. Brown collection. There are some period images of the Kingdom of Italy Guard troops (such as the Guard Grenadiers in Thunder on the Danube, vol. II) as well as Knötel and others. For example: https://repository.library.brown.edu/studio/item/bdr:236283/
Searching can be a bit of a challenge (for some of us any way), but the benefits are superb.
I recommend you go to the History Bookman's website and buy his book on the Kingdom of Italy's Army. It has about 400 pages and 600 color illustrations. You can get a pdf of if for £5. His website is:
