hello what asks, it seems from the title, this "Erfordernifs" ? (Erfordernis = Exigency) the 14th september "815" (again the curious usual austrian way to write the date abolishing a millenium :)

Cher Loïc, it was very common in Austria at the time to drop the '1' in giving a year. Other countries did the same. You will also find similar peculiarities with the names of months in both French and German language sources.
Yes, "Erfordernis[s]". Seems to be used (as far as I can read in the snippet) in the sense of a request for 15 pound beef (Rindfleisch) and 5 (?) pound veal (Kalbfleisch).
Could it be Erforderniss[e] -"requirements"- with a long s?

Je confirme!
Les deux dernières lettres sont bien "ss".
J'ai déjà eu ce type d'écriture.
